How to Track Your Order

  1. Locate Your Tracking Number
    Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a unique tracking number (e.g., a combination of letters and numbers) and a link to the carrier’s website. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from [email protected].
  2. Visit a Reliable Tracking Service
    If you prefer to use a third-party platform for consolidated tracking, we recommend 17Track. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and provides real-time updates in multiple languages.
  3. Enter Your Tracking Number
    On the 17Track homepage, paste your tracking number into the search bar and click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your shipment, including location, transit milestones, and estimated delivery date.
  4. Monitor Updates
    You can bookmark the tracking page or enable notifications (if available) to receive alerts when your package moves to a new facility or is out for delivery. For detailed information, you can also use AfterShip or PackageRadar as alternative options.

What to Do If Tracking Information Is Not Updating

It is normal for tracking status to remain unchanged for 24–48 hours after shipment, especially during peak seasons or for international deliveries. If your tracking number shows no results after 3 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate and provide you with an update within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours after the carrier picks up your package.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and carrier capacity.
  • For orders shipped via multiple carriers (e.g., first-mile and last-mile), the tracking number may show updates from different logistics partners.
  • We do not require you to create an account or log in to track your order. All tracking information is accessible via the email we send you.
